The Top 6 Feed Taste of Sydney Festival

We're in our second day at Taste of Sydney Festival, and the Top 6 are dishing up incredible offerings to some of the most discerning foodies and critics in the country.  Here are the plates you have to try:

Menu 

Blackcats: Steamboat Joe's Pork & Prawn Gumbo Louisiana Style.

Ruby's BBQ: 16 Hour Slow Smoked BBQ Beef with Coleslaw. 

Sedgwick Ave: De-boned Chicken Wings, grilled Watermelon with light Blue Cheese dressing.

Stanley St Merchants: Paperbark Smoked Whiting, Heirloom Tomato and Fennel Salad.  

British India: Cardamom & Ginger Spiced Short Rib with Orka Tamarind Samal.

Min Joo Social: Korean Fried Chicken Tortilla with Kimchi Mayo and Asian salad.

Friday 14th March          12:00pm - 4:00pm, 5:30pm - 10:00pm
Saturday 15th March    12:00pm - 4:00pm, 5:30pm - 9:30pm
